Overview

Soulloop is a wellness and mindfulness consumer app specializing in meditation and astrology. When I met them, they were struggling with subscription growth, retention, and low customer engagement.

Scope

To revamp Soulloop's growth engine, I first revamped their data and lifecycle stack by implementing tools like Segment, June.so, UXCam, and Revenue Cat to better understand user behaviour and pinpoint funnel friction points. Based on the data and extensive customer research via interviews and Typeform surveys, I've redesigned the messaging information architecture and translated it into a new UX/UI together with the product team. To complement the product work, I've devised a comprehensive lifecycle marketing program across acquisition, engagement, and churn — on both push and emails — and set it up in two languages — English and Portuguese — via Braze. I've single-handedly negotiated, implemented, and set up Braze with the support of our engineering and design teams. I've also hired a performance marketing and product designer through my network, with whom we've revamped the ad strategy across Meta and Google, ASO, and related in-app activation flow.
