To revamp Soulloop's growth engine, I collaborated closely with the founding team to: • Track key acquisition, retention, and monetization events via Segment, June.so, UXCam, and Revenue Cat • Conduct customer research interviews and surveys to inform the product roadmap • Re-design information architecture and translate it into a new UX/UI • Hire a product designer to revamp the in-app UX/UI from the ground up • Set up Braze end-to-end lifecycle marketing campaigns across push notifications and emails in both English and Portuguese — writing copy for each campaign • Hire a performance marketer for Meta and Google campaigns, plus ASO listing • Develop a gamification strategy to boost engagement and retention • Contribute to short-form content strategy for Instagram and TikTok • Source influencers for ongoing app promotion campaigns via Passionfroot • Contributed to a strategic partnership across IRL events and PR with the Chopra Foundation These efforts significantly enhanced Soulloop's user experience and growth strategy.
