When their Founder & CEO approached me, they were looking to rapidly scale their sales via PLG, and restructure their team after firing their CMO.

During our collaboration, I executed several key initiatives for CloudNC: Initially, I conducted a PMF assessment on their existing PLG model, revealing key weaknesses and misalignment with their ICP. • As a result, I've advised the team to switch to a sales-led or sales-assisted model, gated by a demo • Created a sales playbook and script for new BDR to follow when engaging new leads • Revamped their sales productivity stack, introducing JustCall power dialer to scale phone calls productivity and SendSpark for personalized demos • Set up campaigns on RB2B! and Clay for lead generation, effortlessly generating qualified and enriched leads from de-anonymized website visitors, LinkedIn, and Google Maps • Create a sales productivity revenue model to plan sales headcount increase as the new sales-led model was kicking off • Prepared an email deliverability guide to warm up our domains when outbound was ready to scale • Set up demo forms and email lead nurturing and activation flows on Hubspot • Designed reseller enablement kit, emails, and bundling strategies to empower software reseller sales beyond internal ones Once deal flow started to kick in and scale with the newly formed sales team, I've started to focus more on the demand generation: • Refined product marketing messaging based on customer research • Hired a designer to revamp product landing pages on Webflow • Built out the foundation of a demand generation strategy across social, newsletter, blog, ads, content, and PR • Prepared cross-functional launches for new products in light of the demand gen strategy outlined above • Managed a team of 2 content creators (1 videographer,and 1 subject matter expert) creating technical videos every week • Created extensive visual references and guidelines by channel to productize content distribution across 5 social channels • Automated video clip production and distribution with swell.ai In parallel, I've also contributed to hiring a new full-time Head of Growth to take over the new foundations set up.
