During a 12+ months collaboration, I worked directly with the General Partners — Guillaume Cabane and Martin Gonto — to: • Analyze 8 competitors to identify positioning opportunities • Relaunched their brand and website as a "growth-stage accelerator" • Devise a content strategy and calendar focused on long-form content and LinkedIn • Co-author 15+ thought leadership articles on growth and marketing • Lead content direction for B2B events like SaaStr, Reforge, GrowthHackers, and more • Manage the GPs' presence on podcasts such as 20VC and Marketing Against the Grain More recently, we even launched their new AI accelerator — the first sweat-equity fund and advisory accelerator in the industry entirely focused on AI startups. For this launch, I've worked directly with their GP Rajan Sheth — ex-VP Growth at Cohere — to: • Write a blog series on "How to build a category-defining AI startup" • Create and launch the dedicated landing page • Coordinate various podcast and event placements for Rajan
