Hey, I'm Matteo 👋

I’m a growth marketing operator with 9 years of experience growing early- and growth-stage startups.

Over the last decade, I had the pleasure of serving 25+ startups — from pre-seed to IPO stage — across B2B, consumer, Web3, and AI. I've been a founding marketer multiple times, setting up marketing functions from the ground up in teams large (Fiverr), small (Qatalog), and hypergrowth (On Deck).

Since 2022, I run a startup growth studio called Genesys Growth where I help founders and VPs:
• Devising their GTM strategies, growth models, and execution plans
• Setting up or scaling GTM workstreams and related stack
• Coaching teams to level up their skills and operations

I was born and raised in Rome and lived in Milan, Sydney, and Madrid during my 20s. After my Econ and Business studies, I've landed in London where I started working in tech.

When not at work, you can find me keeping my Japanese streak on Duolingo, meditating, or raving on the latest Afterlife techno EP. I geek out on biohacking, psychology, and personal growth, and Japanese culture.
