During our collaboration, I served as the first Head of Marketing, managing a designer, a performance marketer, and a PR agency; and working directly with the founding team to build their marketing function from scratch. Key achievements included: • Developed product marketing messaging and persona strategy • Formulated a go-to-market strategy to build an initial waitlist and launch the product • Created long-form content for landing pages, litepaper, and blog • Tracked acquisition and lifecycle events via Segment • Designed lead nurturing and activation email sequences through customer.io • Produced short-form content for Instagram and X with the design team • Launched Meta Ads campaigns to grow waitlist subscribers • Created partnership program and assets to engage Web3 wallet providers and NFT communities • Developed an outbound strategy to acquire Web3 KOLs on X These efforts laid a strong foundation for the company’s marketing operations and successful product launch.
