Back in 2020, I joined Qatalog as employee n. 10 and founding marketer to launch the product out of stealth and set the foundations of their marketing function.

Scope

In my first year at Qatalog, I collaborated with the CEO and early PDE team to establish the Go-To-Market foundations. Key contributions included: • Devising and conducting ten customer research with the design team • Conducting deep market and competitors research across 40+ players • Crafting value propositions and differentiation messaging • Producing product marketing landing pages and profiles on G2 and Capterra • Publishing 10+ foundational blog articles for content and SEO • Setting up performance marketing to acquire beta users on Google and Meta • Coordinating the first Product Hunt launch to come out of stealth As the team expanded to 50+, I contributed to hiring channel specialists (eg. SEO Lead, Head of Performance Marketing, PMM Lead, CMO); and transitioned to a cross-functional Growth Lead role, driving experimentation across acquisition, activation, and retention.
