During our collaboration, I led and owned the Orion Money marketing function together with the founding team, focusing on acquisition, engagement, and retention. Key achievements include: • Created and hosted comprehensive technical docs and FAQs on Intercom • Distributed technical docs via Intercom chatbots • Implemented Segment for capturing critical analytics events across the user lifecycle • Set up Intercom product tours to boost new user education and activation • Managed the Medium blog, publishing roadmap updates and community announcements • Ran the X account (formerly Twitter) with short-form content and Spaces AMAs We've also pioneered a partnership program with NFT communities, integrating Orion Money’s brand into Terra’s renowned NFT collections. We managed to embed Orion Money's brand identity in multiple traits of renowned NFT collections of the Terra community.
